We had a wonderful day in Venice.

Up at 2:30am in Dublin, landed in Venice about 10.

Water bus to our apartment then walked for hours seeing lots of magnificent Gothic buildings.

Might be an Italian restaurant tonight.

It is dark by 4:30 and all of the shops are decorated for Christmas.

We are so happy to be with Simon’s family.
